As a sound healer and small business owner promoting on social media, so do I! I'm tired of my awkward selfies or cropping my sweet kiddos out of photos to share as I promote myself + dreams to the world. And I happen to know Megan Fisher, a dear friend and an amazing + passionate photographer who practices and deeply respects the healing arts of yoga, meditation, sound baths, reiki, and more. Megan went to college for photography and has worked as a photographer since then. So, she and I put together this event for YOU. You, the person who wants to be proud of the marketing you put into the world to represent your passion, skills, dreams, + vision. You, the person whose skills are more in the guiding + inspiring people through a yoga flow or sound bath rather than focused on getting pictures for the 'gram. You, the person who has tiny pockets of time in the middle of the million of other balls you juggle to promote this vision you have to make the world a more beautiful place. Join us as we all co-create a more beautiful world - and have the pictures to prove it. The details . . . Heartland Homestead is hosting a Nurture Photoshoot Event on April 13 from 10am-1pm. Come for your time slot or stay the entire time and network, chill, + enjoy foraged tea + homestead snacks. What you get (besides connection, vibes, + lots of cheering you on in your dreams): +20-minute photoshoot of you doing your thing (bring instruments, a special mat, props, whatever you need for your vibe) +5-8 Headshots + pictures of you in action (yoga poses, playing an instrument, doing a reading, etc.) +Options to add on more photos as desired.
